The application guidelines for the second stage (pre-proposal) were sent to the consortia invited to submit a pre-proposal; only the application guidelines for the Letter of Intent can be found here. This first stage has already been completed. Submitted LOIs can still be combined in a match-and-merge process until 2 November 2021, 2 pm.
