We are looking for an enthusiastic Research Assistant, Biomedical Analyst who is eager to contribute to our research about monitoring cancer immunotherapy on the immune cell level.
Starting October 2022, the position will be part-time (20h/week) for 1 year (extension possible) with a monthly €1.300 gross compensation.
Who we are: We are a recently established Melanoma research group at the Department of Dermatology and Allergology at the Paracelsus Medical University (PMU) Salzburg seeking to dissect cellular cues related to outcome and immune-related adverse effects of cancer immunotherapy.
Your tasks/responsibilities: sample banking; flow cytometry (CytoFLEX S); data analysis (Kaluza); quality, compensation and standardization controls; documentation.
Eligibility criteria: completed education as biomedical analyst or equivalent; experienced in flow cytometry; flexibility regarding working time and work days (at 3-4 days/week; usually during routine work times; late afternoon off-peak hours possible)
